Immacula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in New York (2010) and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University’s Wayne Huizenga School of Business in Fort Lauderdale (2016). She launched her career in event planning in New York City’s Upper West Side and has since accumulated more than a decade of experience in the hospitality, event, and property management industries.


As the founder of Beyond Events and Wedding Planner, Immacula combines her passion for celebrations with strategic business acumen to deliver culturally inclusive, detail-driven events. Her professional background also includes roles as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Smith Bros Equipment Contracting and as Leasing Director at Prestige Estates Property Management, where she managed over 680 residential units.


In addition to her business work, Immacula is deeply committed to service. She served as Director of the Miami branch of the Association for the Development of L’Azile (ADA), a nonprofit organization supporting those in need in her hometown in Haiti. Now residing in Port St. Lucie, she continues to use her leadership, cultural insight, and operational expertise to uplift her local and international communities.


As a committed advocate for business growth and community empowerment, Immacula's five-year vision includes: Immacula Carpentier leads with purpose, integrity, and a belief that small businesses are the heart of thriving communities. Her goal as a Chamber board member is to not only help grow the local economy but to ensure that growth is inclusive, sustainable, and deeply rooted in community values.
