Paola Pierre
HACCOF Chairwoman /Co-Founder
Ms. Paola Pierre, MBA /HRM – is chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Haitian American Chamber Commerce of Florida (HACCOF). She is the first female to occupy the Chamber’s premier leadership position since its inception in 2005.
Ms. Pierre is a proud public and social services servant, passionate about the underrepresented communities. Ms. Pierre is Results-Oriented professional with verifiable record of success in several disciplines of human resources including benefits and compensations; finance, grants, contracts and operations management. Well versed in the nonprofit field with over 20 years of experience, a strong focus in compliance, organizational structure, and policies.

Her community and organizational management experience had made a name for herself as a true social and community advocate. Ms. Pierre has strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across diverse, multigenerational workplaces. Additional skills include public relations in a variety of settings and government.

Ms. Pierre – is the immediate chairwoman of the Board of Directors (2019-2021), Haitian American Chamber Commerce of Florida (HACCOF). Ms. Pierre was a founding member of HACCOF in 2005 and the first female to occupy the Chamber’s premier leadership position since its inception. She co-founded the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce of Treasure Coast.
She serves on several local and national boards for nonprofit organizations in various capacities and she has been honored on numerous occasions.
She obtained her master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and Human Resources Management and a graduate certificate of Accounting from the University of Phoenix, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Trinity International University, and an Associate Degree from Miami Dade College.
