Ray Desmangle

Board Member

Ray Desmangles is a partner with an independently owned and operated agency called Optimal Planning Group based out of Stuart, Florida. They specialize in and are Licensed Life & Health Insurance advisors and provide assistance with Retirement Strategizing.

His family has resided here on the Treasure Coast for almost 20 years. He has been married to his wife, Natalie, for just shy of 14 years. She is the Assistant Branch Manager for SOUTHSTATE BANK and has been with them since we relocated to the Treasure Coast. They both thoroughly enjoy serving at our church, in our community and are well connected in the professional circle here on the Treasure Coast.

Ray has been involved and active as a member of the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce, the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, The Treasure Coast Manufacturer’s Association, and BNI. He has also been involved and led committees and events for organizations like Safe Space, Treasure Coast Leaders of Tomorrow, and the American Cancer Society. Ray helped to launch prison and jail ministries through his local church Christ Fellowship Church. And helped to organize events to raise money and awareness for organizations like GVCM local based organization with churches and orphanages in Haiti. Over the years, Ray also volunteered as a coach and a mentor for the Boys and Girls Club and the City of Port St. Lucie Parks and Recreational Division.

The Treasure Coast is his home and Ray and his family are committed to doing their part to strengthen it, our cities, and our local communities.
