Haitian-American Council Incorporated

We the Haitians or Haitian-Americans of the Diaspora inspired to fulfill our
common desires for advancement and progress through organizational and
individual cooperation and unity, based on a sense of common heritage and
purpose do hereby establish an organization to facilitate our objectives.

The organization will operate for charitable and educational purposes within the
meaning of Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended,
or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law.
The organization will plan and implement programs and activities for the economic
social and cultural advancement of the Diaspora and the motherland.
